When you feel scared, hold someone's hand and look into their eyes. And when you feel brave, do the same thing. You are all here because you are smart. And you are brave. And if you add kindness and the ability to change a tire, you almost make up the perfect person.
When you feel sad, it's okay. It's not the end of the world. Everyone has those days when you doubt yourself, and when you feel like everything you do sucks, but then there's those days when you feel like Superman. It's just the balance of the world. I just write to feel better.
When you feel pure intelligence flowing into you, it may give you sudden strokes of ideas, so that by noticing it, you may find it fulfilled the same day or soon; (i.e.) those things that were presented unto your minds by the Spirit of God, will come to pass; and thus by learning the Spirit of God and understanding it, you may grow into the principle of revelation, until you become perfect in Christ Jesus.
When you feel protective toward your parents, you have become an adult.
When you feel powerful, you are willing to stand up for your rights, you are willing to stand up for what you believe in, you're more willing to stand up and be counted.
When you feel perpetually unmotivated, you start questioning your existence in an unhealthy way; everything becomes a pseudo intellectual question you have no interest in responding whatsoever. This whole process becomes your very skin and it does not merely affect you; it actually defines you. So, you see yourself as a shadowy figure unworthy of developing interest, unworthy of wondering about the world -- profoundly unworthy in every sense and deeply absent in your very presence.
When you feel pain, you know that you are still alive.
When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do? I have a friend at the gym who knew Jack LaLanne (Google him if the name is unfamiliar). Jack used to say it's okay to take a day off from working out. But on that day, you're not allowed to eat. That's the short way of saying you're not really allowed to get unfocused. Take a vacation. Gather yourself. But know that the only reason you're here on this planet is to follow your star and do what the Muse tells you. It's amazing how a good day's work will get you right back to feeling like yourself.
When you feel neglected, think of the female salmon, who lays 3,000,000 eggs but no one remembers her on Mother's Day.
When you feel moved by the story, you want to tell that story.
When you feel most alive, find out why, This is one guest you won't greet twice.
When you feel lousy, puppy therapy is indicated.
When you feel like you've had it up to here, and you're mad enough to scream, but you're sad enough to tear, that's rock bottom.
When you feel like you've had a good show, you go backstage and you talk to yourself about it, and if you have a bad show you talk to yourself about it.
When you feel like this isn't your business, get out of the business.
When you feel like it's too hard to obey God, remember that He will never tell you to do something without giving you the grace, power and ability to do it.
When you feel like hope is gone, look inside you and be strong and you'll finally see the truth- that hero lies in you.
When you feel like giving up, remember why you held on for so long in the first place.
When you feel like giving up, like calling it quits, just try one more time -- do that little bit more.
